How does payment work?
We accept payments via Cash, EFT, Credit or Debit card or a monthly debit order option.
What can we expect?
We are working to upgrade and redefine your vaulting experience. Some of the upgrades will be:

What does it cost to rent out a safe deposit locker?
IBV provides its valued clients with 4 different sizes of safe deposit lockers. IBV offer a monthly debit order payment option or you may pay upfront which will entitle the client to a discount.
Do we have to disclose the contents of the box?
No. IBV is strictly private and confidential. IBV and their staff do not know the contents of your box. Our viewing cubicles within the vault are not monitored by CCTV as it is for your private viewing.
Who has access to the box?
The client and the nominated key holders have access to the box.
All nominated key holders are required to be present with the primary key holder and have their original ID document on hand in order to be added on to our system for access.
How many key holders are allowed per Safe deposit box & are there additional charges?
A maximum of 4 key holders.
Once off registration fee of R750.00 per key holder. (Applies to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th key holder.
Can we store firearms?
Yes, but NO live ammunition may be stored. The firearm license must be produced and the firearm must be made ‘safe’ prior to storage.
Are there spare keys or master keys held by IBV International Vaults for the Safe deposit lockers?
No
What documentation do I require to register for a safe deposit locker?
You will require your original ID, Passport or a South African driver’s license, Proof of residence & a 3 month bank statement (debit order). Additional key holders will require their Original ID or Passport to be registered.
